pilates for flat abs

8 June 2010 One Comment

The stomach muscle is the hardest to train because it’s one of the biggest in the body and it takes more time and more repetitions to achieve the desired results. And one of the most common mistakes more people do is that they train only one part of it. For a perfect abdomen you need to train it all – the upper part, the lower part and the side ones. Here are my favorite exercises for all 3 of them.

The hundred – the name says it all, count to 100 and release :)

The single leg stretch – perfect for beginners, for more advanced – try it with both legs or the scissors.

And the bicycle – the perfect one for your oblique muscles.

And that will be all – only 10 minutes of your time per day for the perfect flat abs.

Pilates is centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow…
