1 cup dates
2-3 table spoons raw cacao powder
1 table spoon coconut oil
2 table spoons honey (if you like dark chocolate taste, leave the honey)

Everybody wants the perfect bud and thighs, right? But it’s really really hard to achieve them… even harder then the abs muscles, especially if you are over 30 :) So you need to work hard with exercises created just for them and my absolute favorite set is the Winsor pilates – buns and thighs sculpting. My personal advice is to find the video and download it from any torrent tracker or buy it, but before you do that – just take a look, try it once or twice and enjoy …

Pour everything in the juicer and enjoy :)
The ingredients are for 2 big cups and there is a little bitter taste coming from the currents, so if you want the juice very sweet – …
