Brownies are one of the most popular deserts in the US, so I decided to try them out. And having in mind that I don’t eat white flour and sugar I had to come up with an alternative… a raw one :)
Ingredients:
1 cup raw nuts (best of all is macadamia nuts, but everything else works too – walnuts, cashew, etc)
1 cup dates
2-3 table spoons raw cacao powder
1 table spoon coconut oil

One of my all time favorite recipes: the guacamole made with local vegetables and herbs (except for the avocado of course).
Ingredients: 1 avocado* 1 tomato fresh onion the juice of 1/2 lemon or lime fresh parsley and dill sea salt
Mix everything in the blender and serve with any bread, cracker or just use it as a salad dressing. If you don’t have a blender chop all the ingredients to very small pieces and mix with the smashed avocado.
